1. Show the foreman around and point out fragile items

2. Give the foreman map/directions to your new home

3. When the van has been loaded, check to make sure nothing has been forgotten

4. Check with the foreman the estimated time of arrival at your new home

5. Have cash and/or cheque book available

6. Pack up kettle/teapot and hand to the driver
